Direct Partner - VAR (Value Added Reseller)
The VAR Partner will purchase
equipment and services from our wholesale pricing schedule. The VAR Partner will handle all customer contacts before and after the sale,
including installation. Satellite-ASP will perform installations as a
subcontractor if requested. The VAR Partner will bill the customer,
provide customer service and billing and will own and control the customer
relationship. Satellite-ASP will provide technical support in a generic
form to the VAR Partner's customers.
As a VAR Partner, you will have
access to online training, along with toll-free sales and
sales-engineering support from Satellite-ASP. Our trained professionals
will assist you in your efforts and are available to participate in
conference calls with you and your customers.
A VAR Partner is expected to understand
and be able to explain the features, benefits and performance characteristics
of the Satellite-ASP products and services. The VAR Partner is also responsible
for verifying site-survey information and properly completing all
paperwork. VAR Partners have access
to advanced product and satellite technology training and may become
Hughes Certified Installers through our training program.
Satellite-ASP is only looking to
establish VAR Partner relationships with professionals in the ASP industry who have
hosted application services that are compatible with our service.
